VENUE AND DATE:

AUTO FORUM 2008 will take place on the 16th and 17th of October 2008 in Wrocław, Poland (Hotel Sofitel).

CONFERENCE APPLICATIONS:
1. Registration of the participation of a person
To register the participation of one person or more please complete the registration form (download a registration form), send it to us by fax (fax number provided on the form) and make payment within 7 days of registration form submission.

2. Hiring an exhibition stand
To hire an exhibition stand for materials and products please select one of the offered stand options, complete the purchase order for exhibition stands (download a purchase order for exhibition stands), send it to us by fax (fax number provided on the form) and make payment within 7 days of registration form submission. Submission of the registration form specified in item 1 will be the basis for the participation of exhibition stand service staff.

Registration fee for the participation in the conference:

Standard fee: 1450 PLN net lub 450 Euro net (+ 22% VAT) per person.
Special fee for members of Auto Forum Club: 1150 PLN net or 370 Euro net (+22% VAT)
The fee covers the cost of participation in the conference: catering, banquet, conference materials, simultaneous interpretation. The cost of accommodation shall be covered by participants.
In the title of the money transfer place the remark "Auto Forum" and the first and the last name of the participant.

Hotel:
We have pre-reserved for you a number of rooms at Sofitel Hotel in Wroclaw. The hotel accommodation will be paid by the participants at their own discretion.

The hotel offers special prices for participant of Auto Forum 2007. You can find details in the application form.

Please note: Since the number of tourists and businessmen is considerable we suggest to reserve the hotel without delay. The number of the rooms reserved by us is limited.
