Registration

Auto Forum Business Day has been planned as a 1 -1,5-day event. It will take place in Legnica (south west of Poland) in Qubus hotel on 18.-19.11.2009
The following options are available for participants:
1) Registration of the participation of a person
2) Hiring an exhibition stand for materials and products
3) Possibility of registration for participation in business talks with potential buyers
4) Possibility of visiting the Volkswagen Motor Polska plant (number of places is limited)

Instructions

1. Registration of participation of a person
To register the participation of one person or more please complete the registration form (download a registration form), send it to us by fax (fax number provided on the form) and make payment within 7 days of registration form submission, but no later than 3 working days before the event.

2. Hiring an exhibition stand
To hire an exhibition stand for materials and products please select one of the offered stand options, complete the purchase order for exhibition stands (download a purchase order for exhibition stands), send it to us by fax (fax number provided on the form) and make payment within 7 days of registration form submission, but no later than 3 working days before the event. Submission of the registration form specified in item 1 will be the basis for the participation of exhibition stand service staff.

3. Additional option - Registration for participation in business talks
To register for participation in business talks please send a registration form for a person specified in item 1, complete your company profile (download a company profile form) and send it to us by e-mail. Company profiles should be sent by the deadline of 12 November 2009. It is important that company representatives searching for suppliers have times for business talks arranged in advance. Purchasers reserve the right choice of partners for trade talks. The earlier we are provided with your company profile, the better the chance to arrange meetings. Business talks are free of charge and do not constitute a commercial offer. They are an additional option for use by interested parties.

4. Visiting the factory of Volkswagen Motor Poland
Visit the plant of VWMP in Polkowice is possible only for registered participants of Business Day. Addressees are mainly those companies that seek cooperation with Volkswagen. A group of visitors will be limited (max. 40 people), because of organizational reasons. To report a willingness to participate in the visit you should mark the appropriate option in the form described in item 1 (registration of participation of a persons). In case of no places, the organizer may cancel participant's registration in the visit and a participant will be informed about it.

How do we organize business talks?
We are organizing only talks with Initiators. Other business talks will be held according to individual arrangement made by interested parties. Buyers - Initiators will be provided with the company profiles submitted to us. Each buyer will delegate a specified number of purchasing department representatives who will meet suppliers. Buyers, based on their own criteria, current needs and time limits resulting from the schedule of planned meetings, will invite suppliers for talks. The final decision on the meetings will be taken by buyers. The final schedule of meetings with buyers will be published 4 days before the event. It will also be available at the place of the meeting and at the reception desk. Each meeting will last 30 min.
Notice! Please avoid situations in which your representative may have 2 or more meetings planned for the same time!

COSTS

Standard prices
Participation of 1 person: PLN 1150 net or EUR 299 net (+22% VAT)
Exhibition stand 3m x 2m: PLN 995 net or EUR 260 net (+22% VAT)

Special prices for Members of Auto Forum Club only
Participation of 1 person - members of Auto Forum Club: 300 PLN net
Participation of each additional person: PLN 800 net or EUR 190 net (+22% VAT)
Exhibition stand 3m x 2m: standard price PLN 995 net or EUR 260 net (+22% VAT)

Notice! Please do not deduct the cost of bank charges from the due transfer amount!

HOTEL
We have provisionally booked a number of rooms in the Qubus Hotel in Legnica (****). The participation fee does not include the cost of accommodation and other services provided by the hotel. Participants book rooms and make payment on their own account. To benefit from a special discount please quote the Auto Forum password while booking a hotel room. Details are provided in the registration form.

General rules.
Notification of participation means that the organizer is authorized to issue a VAT invoice.
In case of cancellation of the participation within 5 working days of the event, the participant will pay a handling fee of 40% of the cost of participation. Absence during the event does not entitle to reimbursement for their participation and for their stand. Trade talks are free of charge. They are gratuitous promotional item from the organizer.
