How do we do it .? Main steps

Step 1 - visit

• Analysis of the actual state of processes and structures

We start with a visit of your company. During a meeting we present the tools and know-how that we use.

Then, we visit workplaces and make preliminary observations. The observations and talks with the management are a basis to determine the potential areas that may be improved. On the basis of the observations we prepare an offer that includes the necessary analyses and measurements which will serve for the calculation of efficiency and process improvement.

Step 2 - Measurement and reports

• Collection and analysis of data through an audit.

• Definition of correct workflows and processes, taking into account important parameters and factors.

• Preparation of forms and documentation

After agreeing on the scope of measurement and analytical work our consultants carry them out directly in your plant. The result of this work is a report that precisely describes the actual situation and provides calculations and determines the areas where there is some unused potential. It also provides proposals of changes and describes the advantages (including the financial ones) from the introduced changes.

Step 3 - Implementation of changes

• Process improvement by implementing changes / restructuring measures

We carry out a series of planned changes in production or services processes, taking into consideration the continuity of the production.

In addition we offer

• advisory services after the implementation

• training of the company's own leaders who will be responsible for the process of continuous improvement

• solving problems connected with the acceptance of changes by the employees, the so called "management of change".
