The 2nd Process Optimization Seminar OPTISOLUS aims at presenting efficient methods for waste elimination and improvement of the financial results of the company.

In order to allow you to get to know the presented methodology in an interesting and easy way we have created a model of a company. There you will find reference to your daily problems and the present market situation. Using this model we will demonstrate actions aiming at improving processes applying an array of world leading methodologies and operational and financial analysis. The work of specialists in various areas will implement changes improving the described model of the company.

Presentation of the programm
On the first day of the seminar specialists representing such organizations like:
KAIZEN Institute, LEAN Enterprise Institute Poland, Stowarzyszenie MTM, OPTISOLUS,
REFA Wielkopolska, White Raven Academy will analyze the model of the company and present methods to introduce their solutions improving business processes.

The purpose of these actions will be:

- identification of waste areas
- explanation of the approach to the problem,
- discussion of applied methods and tools,
- presentation of efficient waste elimination
- analysis of production cost reduction
- comparison of financial results.

On the second day of the seminar we will present very interesting examples of solutions of specific problems in the companies: General Motors, Sitech, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Volkswagen Motor Polska.

The 2nd Process Optimization Seminar OPTISOLUS 2009 will take place on 31.03.2009 - 01.04.2009 in Legnica, Qubus hotel, Poland.
