Processes Optimization Seminar

At the beginning of the year 2008, the Optimization Platform - OPTISOLUS was created as a part of Auto Forum Club. The main aim of this Project is to provide the companies with a full service in the scope of improving production processes and services and, in particular, eliminating waste and improving the financial results.

On 13-14 March 2008 the First Processes Optimization Seminar was held in Wrocław. It was intended to be a general presentation of this vast topic of processes improvement and optimization. In the next stages we will go into more detail, allowing the participants to familiarise themselves with many professional tools which will be useful in process improvement. For this purpose, workshops and seminars will be organised.
